Cancellation and Refund Policy

Private Telehealth Counselling Services – ELEV8
At ELEV8, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible telehealth counselling services. To maintain fairness and clarity for all clients and clinicians, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all private counselling bookings and prepaid counselling packs.

1. Cancellation Terms
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance (no-shows) will result in the full session fee being forfeited.
  • All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to hello@elev8consulting.au

2. Refund Terms – Individual Sessions
  • If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to your appointment and you do not wish to reschedule, you may request a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows.

3. Refund Terms – Counselling Packs
  • Prepaid counselling packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Clients are responsible for scheduling sessions within this timeframe. Sessions not used within 12 months will expire unless an extension is granted due to extenuating circumstances (must be requested in writing).
  • Refunds for unused packs will only be considered:
    • If requested within 14 days of purchase and no sessions have been used, or
    • If ELEV8 is unable to deliver the service (e.g. practitioner becomes unavailable and no suitable alternative is offered).
  • If any sessions have already been used, refunds will be calculated at the full standard session rate (not the discounted pack rate), with any remaining balance refunded.
  • Refunds for counselling packs will also be processed within 10 business days.

4. Emergency ConsiderationWe understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies may arise. If you are unable to attend due to a serious or unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible. Discretionary exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.

By booking a counselling session or purchasing a counselling pack with ELEV8, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
